xStream

Content creation platform that unites creator economy in one place. A Win - Win for everyone.

OVERVIEW

xStream is a platform where fans can invest in the creators they follow and like. It also gives creators new ways to earn money beyond ads and donations, and helps businesses reach engaged streaming communities to promote and sell their products.

PROJECT GOAL

Design, test and validate an MVP that combines streaming, creator investment, and live shopping in one platform. The goal was to prove the core idea worked and build something that could grow later.

MY ROLE

I led the design process from discovery to final designs. Working with a small team, I identified user needs and pain points, then turned those insights into the main flows for streaming, investing, and live shopping in the MVP. I also built a design system to keep everything consistent, and created landing pages and pitch decks to help explain the product to investors. The design went through a few rounds of iteration before handoff, and the process wrapped up at MVP delivery.
