Credit Hero
A referral marketplace that turns credit declined clients into closed deals.
OVERVIEW
CCreditHero connects realtors, mortgage brokers, and loan officers with credit repair professionals. It helps them refer clients who were declined for credit, so those clients can improve their score and the deal can still close later.
PROJECT GOAL
Design a referral marketplace for web and mobile. Financial professionals can refer clients to credit repair experts, track their progress, and manage everything through an affiliate portal.
MY ROLE
I worked closely with CreditHero's CEO and VP of Product, who came in with a feature list based on their own research and competitive analysis. Even with that list in place, they were open to my input, and several of the improvements I suggested along the way made it into the final product. From there, I designed the marketplace experience including the affiliate portal for managing referrals, referral tracking, managing partners, states and more. I used AI tools throughout the process, for ideation, concept creation, and prototyping, which let me move faster and get ideas in front of users and stakeholders sooner. I finished by preparing the final designs for handoff to developers.
